When the bottle enters the capping station, the servo capping head moves to the capping station according to the set program, and the capping head will take out the cap from the end of cap loading channel. The servo mechanism moves the capping head to the capping station, and the cap-grabbing head begins to rotate and moves downward under the control of the servo. The bottle cap is accurately stuck on the bottle mouth, and the capping is completed by rotating according to the program setting. The capping head releases the cap and disengages to complete a working cycle, and move back to the cap grabbing station again. 1. The double-head capping machine is designed for a low-speed production line, and more capping heads can also be added according to the production speed requirements. 2. The capping strength can be freely adjusted according to different caps. 3.
